I’m Matilda, the Lead Employee Relations Specialist at Loates.
Day-to-day, I’m responsible for supporting our growing list of clients to solve challenges and avoid HR headaches.
As well as my vast experience in dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, compliance, absence and performance management, I’m often called upon to manage the more complex, strategic side of HR for clients. Whether your next project is an organisational review, pay and rewards scheme or TUPE/restructuring process, I’m on hand to help.
Having studied Psychology at university, I was inspired to explore the world of HR. Prior to joining Loates, I worked in-house across a range of industries, picking up real-world experience and commercial awareness, making the advice I give to clients practical and realistic.
