I’m Ella, Business Support Assistant at Loates.
More often than not, I’m found zipping around the office making things happen! Whether it’s operational support for our training team, or processing sensitive data to assist our HR consultants, I’m the go-to for all things admin and organisation.
And it’s not just our internal team that I’m here for – there’s a good chance you’ll speak to me if you call or email with a query – I’m all about providing excellent customer service.
Attention to detail is important to me, as is handling my work with discretion – both of which I’ve practiced throughout my career in customer service and HR administration.
