Over the years, however, it has become apparent that there is also a considerable demand for our support from internal HR teams and individuals within well-established organisations, as well as other types of HR professional.

We know that people in small fast-growing companies can often end up as the ‘unofficial’ HR person by default, even though their original career was initially in another area of business support area, such as administration, finance, or the like.
