Hi there, I’m Sophie!

I have recently joined the amazing Team Loates as our new HR and Training Administrator with the aim of providing an excellent service to help my colleagues focus even more time on their efforts towards helping grow and develop your business!

My role is to help deliver our brilliant Loates HR Consultancy, Loates Management Training, Loates HR Recruitment and Loates Workplace Wellbeing services whilst also learning the ropes with the aim of progressing my career here within Loates Business Solutions Ltd – watch this space!

I first became interested in HR a few years back during my previous job roles (I’ve had 10 so far so you can trust I have a lot of experience, knowledge, and skills!) when I decided to attend university where I have very recently graduated with a first-class honours degree in BA(Hons) Business Management (Human Resource Management). During this time, I have also gained my Associate CIPD Level 5 qualification ready to kickstart my HR career.

I cannot wait to get started, working alongside, and learning from my expert colleagues to understand what your business needs are and how we can best help you to reach the most desirable solutions. I hope to hear from and hopefully get to meet many of you soon!
