Open HR Training

We know that training can be expensive, and that bespoke courses may be impractical for smaller organisations or sole practitioners. Consequently, we regularly run public open courses covering popular HR and employment law topics. This means that you can train staff as and when the need arises, delivering immediate benefit to your business, rather than having to wait until enough people require training to warrant a course specifically for your company. These courses are also ideal for smaller organisations that may only need one or two people training. Since course delegates will be from a number of different businesses, this also has the added benefit of allowing networking, discussion of the practical needs of different sectors, and sharing of best practices.
