Having spent much of my working life supporting the HR functions within several not-for-profit and social care organisations, I understand the importance of compassionate customer service and operate with a sensitivity to the needs of others.
Clients often approach me for guidance on settlement agreements, compliance queries, contracts and handbooks, HR reviews and complex HR projects.
I’m committed to working with business owners and managers to identify their individual needs, create effective strategies and implement plans which align with their goals.
