Community HR: We pay it back

It's important to us that we pay back to our community, so we're proud to support a number of local non-profit organisations by providing pro bono advice or acting as trustees, in addition to assisting local universities with research projects and student mentoring. This isn't just some corporate social responsibility (CSR) exercise, it's something we really believe in. Even though we're a small team, every single one of our HR consultants personally donates their time and effort to worthwhile social projects. So, we're really pleased that our efforts have been recognised by being shortlisted as a finalist in the Social Commitment Award category of the Enterprising Women Awards 2018.
