Annie Litchfield

I’m Annie, Training Consultant at Loates.

Throughout my training career (which now spans more than 20 years!) I’ve always been chasing the same dream: to feed my passion for helping others. I aim to bring a vibrancy and exuberance no matter what my role is – from small, family run businesses to multi-national corporations, my experience covers a whole host of sectors and sizes.

If you find yourself attending one of my training courses, there won’t be a stuffy meeting room or endless PowerPoint slides to endure. And whilst I’m happy to waffle on about the theory behind a topic, I prefer to take an interactive approach, meaning you’ll actually put your learning into practice and have fun – think post-it notes, Duplo bricks, fidget toys, group exercises, case studies and quizzes! Any excuse to get creative!

With a constant eye on my own personal development, I’m always looking at ways to improve and get inspired – I love getting stuck into a good non-fiction book or adding to my own skills, which is why since joining Loates, I’ve become an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
